Joining in an early stage

Totango is a Customer Success platform, helping cpmpanies understand the health of their entire customer portfolio. I joined Totango as a full time product manager back in 2014.
We started by coming up with a proprietary health score, applicable to any customer segment. Then we provided tools and automated programs to different stake holders in the organization.

The challenge

Allow companies to focus on the customers that need the most help. Provide tools to support teams workflows and management.
