Bablab is a portfolio websites builder, built especially for Photographers and Artists, with simplicity and efficiency in mind. I am the founder of Bablab, which started as a side project and slowly took hold of all my time. The main differentiator is performance and speed - a full gallery page loads in less than 2 seconds!

Bablab's Admin
Each client has a private Admin area, where he can setup, control and maintain his portfolio website. The more complicated scenarios were: bulk uploading photos and videos, connecting a domain name, managing photos meta data, seo and keywords.
The challenge
The UI of a website builder is very foreign to photographers.
The solution was to complement a familiar experience, Adobe Lightroom's: dark, grayscale, main preview work area with a fixed side panel.
Using modal dialogs, notifications and autosave features to streamline workflows.
